1. Who we are

This website is operated by SESEL Jewelry, a business registered in the Republic of Seychelles (Business Registration B8425625, Trade License 292728, Tax Identification Number 522236103), with registered address at P.O. Box 3002, Anse Royal, Mahé Island, Republic of Seychelles. "SESEL", "we" and "us" refer to this business. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All jewellery sold on this site is designed and made by SESEL in Seychelles. Each piece is made of the materials stated on its product page and certificate. Handmade pieces vary slightly from one to the next; that variation is part of the work, not a defect. Photographs and 3D renders are faithful representations but screens differ, and minor differences in tone are normal.

3. Serial numbers and the register

Each piece carries an engraved serial number recorded in our register. The register exists to protect buyers of original SESEL pieces. We may refuse to register, verify or service pieces that were not made by us. The verification service on this site is provided in good faith and free of charge.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Seychellois rupees (SCR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, by bank transfer, or on collection.

5. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example where stock has run out or payment could not be verified, in which case anything already paid is refunded in full. Where a piece is temporarily out of stock, we tell you the timeline before you commit.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: 14 days, unworn, with certificate.

8. Intellectual property

The SESEL name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and the 3D presentations on this site belong to SESEL. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. We actively protect our designs against imitation.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and the courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction. Write to us first at sales@seselboutique.com; almost everything can be resolved with a conversation.
