Within Seychelles
- Mahé — free delivery, usually within 2 working days.
- Praslin and La Digue — usually within 3 working days; a small delivery fee is shown at checkout.
- Collection — collect from the atelier at no cost; we confirm by WhatsApp when your piece is ready.
International
We ship worldwide, tracked and insured. Europe typically lands within two weeks of dispatch; elsewhere may take longer. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Import duties in your country, where they apply, are yours; most personal jewellery imports of this value clear without drama, but check your local rules if unsure.
Packaging
Every piece travels in its SESEL box with its signed certificate of origin. If it is a gift, tell us in the order notes and we leave the invoice out.
Returns and exchanges
- You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece.
- The piece must be unworn, in its box, with its certificate.
- Exchanges are simplest and fastest. Refunds go back the way you paid, per the Refund Policy.
- Earrings and studs can be exchanged only if the hygiene seal is intact, for the reasons you would expect.
If something arrives wrong
Photograph the parcel and the piece before anything else, then write to sales@seselboutique.com or WhatsApp +248 2 577 700 within 48 hours. A faulty or wrong item is on us: replacement or full refund including shipping, your choice.
