Refund Policy

The short version
If your piece is unworn and comes back within 14 days with its box and certificate, you get your money back. If we sent something faulty or wrong, you get your money back and the shipping too, or a replacement, your choice.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the same card, usually visible within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
- Bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from.
- Cash purchases at the atelier are refunded in cash at the atelier, or by transfer if you prefer.
What is not refundable
- Pieces returned worn, damaged by wear, or without their certificate card.
- Earrings and studs with a broken hygiene seal, unless faulty.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
The register
When a piece is refunded, its serial number is marked as returned in the register and the certificate travels back with the piece. This keeps the register honest for everyone.
