What we collect
When you order, we collect what an order needs: your name, contact details, delivery address and what you bought. When you write to us, we keep the correspondence. When you register a piece, the serial number is linked to the purchase in our register.
What we do with it
- Fulfil and deliver your order, and send you its confirmation and certificate details.
- Maintain the register of numbered pieces, which is the heart of our authenticity promise.
- Answer your messages.
- Send occasional news about new pieces, only if you signed up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. The register is not public; typing a serial number returns the piece's details, never the owner's name.
Payment details
Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a shopping cart stored in your own browser and basic analytics to understand which pages are read. No advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting
Order records are kept as long as Seychelles law requires for business records, and register entries are kept for the life of the piece, because that is what the register is for. If you want your personal details corrected or removed, write to sales@seselboutique.com and we will do everything the law allows.
